Terms and Conditions
1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services provided by Airtime Technologies Chile Spa, hereinafter Airtime Connect, in relation to the resale of prepaid eSIMs.

Airtime Connect may accept variant clauses only in the case of an explicit agreement in writing.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1.RESALE of eSIM
Airtime Connect resells prepaid eSIMs to its customers and users worldwide. The Customer registers and purchases their eSIM cards on the website http://www.airtimetech.globaland/or on the Airtime Connect application.
Our payments are processed by PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Stripe (https://stripe.com) with a credit card alias (virtual credit card imprint).
2.2. REGISTRATION TO USE AIRTIME CONNECT SERVICES
The Customer must accept the General Terms and Conditions to use Airtime Connect services.
The customer provides directly or through the service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency, etc.) on the web browser http://www.airtimetech.global the following information: Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), Email Address.
2.3. CONNECTION COMMITMENTS
Airtime Connect will make every reasonable effort to provide quality service to the Customer. However, Airtime Connect does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, will be timely and secure, or free from faults.
2.4. CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS
By using the Equipment or Services provided by Airtime Connect, the Customer shall not engage in any action that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent, which causes harm or damage to the Network.
In case the Customer breaches its obligations under art. 2.4, Airtime Connect may suspend the use of the Service by the Customer.
During any suspension period, the Customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement with respect to the suspended Services.
2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their device is compatible with eSIM and unlocked on the network. Device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin; the Customer should consult the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided before, during, or after purchase.
By checking the box confirming that the Customer's device is eSIM-compatible, the Customer will be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The list of eSIM compatibility is not exhaustive, meaning that it may still be necessary to add recently announced eSIM-compatible devices.
3. BEGINNING, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The service contract between Airtime Connect and the Customer begins upon completing the order on the website https://www.airtimetech.global or through the Airtime Connect application.
Activation of the eSIM and acknowledgment of the Activation Policy are the responsibility of the Customer.
4. CHARGE AND PAYMENTS
4.1. PAYMENT TERMS
The payment methods accepted for Airtime Connect services are credit/debit card, PayPal, WebPay, and Stripe.
Payment currency is in US dollars ($). Credit card transactions will be processed and secured by Airtime Connect's providers, PayPal, (https://paypal.com) and Stripe. (https://stripe.com).
4.2. USAGE CHARGES
4.2.1.Airtime Connect states that all Charges include VAT unless otherwise specified. The Customer shall have no right to offset any claims against Airtime Tech Global except where the Customer's claims are indisputable or have been confirmed by final court judgment.
5. DELIVERY
The customer will immediately see the purchased eSIM in the 'My eSIM' tab on the Airtime Connect website https://www.airtimetech.global and/or in the Airtime Connect application. The customer will receive a confirmation email after purchase. All information for installing the eSIM will be available only in the user's Airtime Connect account or in the Airtime Connect application.
6. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
The Customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to an Airtime Connect technical issue.
6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
6.1.1. REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1.2. A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the purchase date when activation is no longer possible after extensive troubleshooting.
6.1.3. Customer cooperation is required to promptly resolve the issue for a refund to be granted.
6.1.4. VALIDITY PERIOD: Each data package has its own validity period. No refunds of any kind will be offered for remaining data when the validity period expires.
6.1.5. COMPENSATION: No refunds or compensation of any kind will be issued due to alternative phone charges, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones, or other charges not directly related to the Customer's Airtime Connect eSIM account.
6.1.6. FRAUDULENT PURCHASES: Airtime Connect reserves the right to reject any form of refund if there is evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity related to the use of Airtime Connect products and services.
6.1.7. UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES: The case will be subject to investigation and approval before any refund is processed. Airtime Connect reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity.
6.1.8.ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES: Once the Customer installs the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refunds will be offered.
6.1.9. INCORRECT CHARGES: If the Customer reasonably and in good faith disputes a bill or part thereof, the Customer must notify Airtime Connect of such dispute within twelve (12) days of receipt of the bill, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Customer believes is owed.
6.1.10. REPLACEMENTS: eSIMs purchased exclusively with coupon/discount codes obtained with vouchers can be replaced within 30 days from the purchase date.
6.1.11. OTHER REASONS: If the refund request does not fall within the above, we will investigate the request on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum credit refund a Customer can request must be equal to or less than the total amount paid. 6.1.12.
USE OF COUPON OR DISCOUNT CODE
6.1.12.1. The coupon or discount code is a credit reward system created exclusively for Airtime Connect that grants a 5% refund as a coupon or discount code to the user's Airtime Connect account.
6.1.12.2. Customers can earn coupons or discount codes as a reward for purchases paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe.
6.1.12.3. Customers cannot earn coupons or discount codes if a discount or reward is applied in reference to the purchase.
6.1.12.4. Customers can pay with a coupon or discount code only for their purchases or combine it with Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe.
6.1.12.5. In a combined payment, the coupon or discount code reward is proportional to the amount paid by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe.
6.1.12.6. Any existing coupon or discount code in a Customer's account is not convertible to any other form of credit.
6.1.12.7. Any purchase made with a coupon or discount code will always be credited to the Customer's Airtime Connect account as a coupon or discount code.
6.1.12.8. Any coupon or discount code earned or to be earned in a Customer's account is not transferable to any other Airtime Connect account.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please contact the Airtime Connect support team through the Contact Us page or send a message to support@airtime.cl.
Please note that our refund policy mentioned above will apply.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Customers may be asked for additional information to support their refund request, such as screenshots of device settings for technical issues or details of why the billed amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the Customer believes is owed, etc.
Refer to section 6.1.2 of this document for refunds related to technical issues. Customers will have the option to refund credit through their original payment method or as a coupon or discount code issued to their account. (See 6.1.12.6 for coupon or discount code purchases).
Refund to the original method: Once a refund is approved and issued, it may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement, depending on the bank.
This is unrelated to Airtime Tech Global or its providers.
6.2. MODIFICATION
Airtime Connect's eSIM data packages are offered as-is and cannot be further modified or customized based on individual requests once purchased.
7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Airtime Connect shall not be liable for damages arising from the lack of constant availability of the proposed service. Airtime Connect does not guarantee continuous availability of the network service. For any request, please email support@airtime.cl.
